The WOMEN UP project is dedicated to supporting vulnerable women through tailored career counseling programs, fostering their empowerment, and facilitating their integration into the labor market. Aligned with the European Union’s commitment to promoting social inclusion and gender equality, WOMEN UP aims to address the unique challenges faced by women, including single mothers, refugees, migrants, and other disadvantaged communities.
WOMEN UP envisions a future where vulnerable women have equal access to opportunities and resources, enabling them to achieve economic independence and contribute meaningfully to society.
We are committed to developing and implementing specialized career counseling programs that address the specific needs and challenges faced by vulnerable women. Our mission is to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to overcome obstacles, pursue their career aspirations, and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
WOMEN UP envisions a future where vulnerable women have equal access to opportunities and resources, enabling them to achieve economic independence and contribute meaningfully to society.
Partner with educational institutions, social centers, and community organizations to provide effective support and guidance to vulnerable women.
Advocate for the full inclusion of vulnerable women in education, training, and employment systems, promoting equal access to opportunities.
Offer skill development and training opportunities to enhance the employability and integration of vulnerable women into the labor market.
Encourage entrepreneurship and leadership among vulnerable women, empowering them to create their own opportunities and drive positive change in their communities.
