Supporting Empowerment and Inclusion
The WOMEN UP project aims to provide practical support that helps vulnerable women navigate the labor market. Training programs for adult educators in Portugal, counseling programs for women, and course modules focused on life skills are all designed to empower vulnerable women through career counseling. (Ireland), The Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo Mesto (Slovenia), Adolescere – Association for Child and Adolescent Support (Portugal), and Zone Femmes (Belgium). Each partner contributes unique expertise and a shared commitment to empowering vulnerable women through career counseling and promoting equality and inclusion.
