Career Counselling Program

The Career Counselling Program empowers disadvantaged women — especially single mothers, refugees, and migrants — through a set of 9 non-formal learning activities based on the LifeComp framework. The program builds essential life skills such as self-esteem, mental well-being, and personal agency, supporting participants in their journey toward social inclusion, lifelong learning, and access to the labour market.

Activities for Adult Educators

A set of ready-to-use tools and exercises designed for adult educators working with disadvantaged women. These activities aim to build self-awareness, confidence, and key life skills, helping educators support women’s empowerment, inclusion, and access to learning and employment opportunities.

Activities for Independent users

A collection of easy-to-follow activities created for women who want to develop their life skills on their own. These exercises support self-reflection, confidence-building, and personal growth — helping you take steps toward education, empowerment, and employment at your own pace.

Guides

We created two user-friendly guides: one for adult educators and another for the women participating in the program. The guides offer step-by-step support to help users navigate the activities and reflect on their progress.
